Providence Health Care (PHC) is a regional delivery network of organizations offering healthcare—hospitals, extended care, home health and adult day health, assisted living and laboratory services. The relationship between PHC participants offers patients consistent quality of care as well as coordination of their treatment when several programs are involved.

PHC organizations share the heritage, values and healthcare ministry of the Sisters of Providence. They combine their resources, programs and services whenever there is opportunity to benefit the community through collaboration.

PHC was formed in 1998 and is a part of Providence Services, which was formed by the Sisters of Providence in 1992 to coordinate and guide their sponsored organizations in eastern Washington and western Montana.
